Internal irradiation levels integrated monitoring results demonstrated high levels of incorporated 137Cs in population (both adults and children) from Rokytne region of Rivne oblast in 2011. The average value of incorporated 137Cs content are 15 kBq (May) and 20 kBq (September) for adults of Vezhytsya village, and for Stare Selo village these values are 13 kBq (both in May and September). Food intake from local farm (mainly contaminated milk; accessible levels adopted by hygienic standard specification 6.6. 1. 1–130–2006 for 137Cs in milk are 2–9 times exceeded) and intake of local forest products (berries, mushrooms, for them accessible levels are exceeded dozen times) form the main part of internal irradiation for residents of inspected settlements in Rivne oblast. And those products consumption, even little, causes high levels of internal irradiation in inspected settlements.

Key words: whole body counter (WBC), internal exposure dose, population from contaminated regions.
