USE OF SUCCINIC ACID FOR CORRECTION, BIOCHEMICAL MANIFESTATIONS OF MITOCHONDRIAL DYSFUNCTION IN CHILDREN-RESIDENTS OF RADIATION CONTAMINATED AREAS.

The application of universal cellular metabolite — succinic acid for the correction of mitochondrial dysfunction in children living in contaminated areas, showed a reduction of lactic and pyruvic acids in the blood during physical activity, which proving for antihypoxic effects of succinic acid on the processes of tissue respiration in mitochondria.
