In paper, impact of classic measuring errors in the thyroid doses on the dose-response analysis is researched by a method of stochastic imitation. It is show that the presence of errors in doses results in bias of the naive estimations of baseline morbidity and excess absolute risk in the linear logistic model of regression. With the increase of dose errors, displacements of naive estimations increase nonlinear. The use of the non-naive methods of evaluation developed by authors substantially improves the estimations of parameters of the excess absolute risk model.

Key words: doses of exposure, radiation risk, classical measurement error, full maximum likelihood estimating procedure, regression calibration, naive estimation.
